Schmidt Consulting St. Moritz was founded by Dr. Alexander Schmidt in 2000, which set the base for our successful business. In 2007 the branch Schmidt Consulting Zurich Ltd. was co-founded by Christopher Schmidt. In the same year Schmidt Consulting St. Moritz was tranferred into the legal form of an Ltd. Both brothers act as independent managing owners of each company, but act and work closely together on client projects.

Our offer is directed to small and medium sized companies as well as to subsidiaries and divisions of large corporations, who are looking for pragmatic and innovative business solutions for their company. With our attractive services, we accompany you from analysis to implementation and guarantee the successful execution of our mandates and projects thanks to our many years of experience.

The value creationg for our clients has top priority and is our mission. We achieve this whilst having a close collaboration with our clients. For special projects, industry expertises or specific client requirements, we involve business partners out of our profound network to increase the value for clients even more.

Delivering top performance in every respect is a driving factor in my daily work. The solutions developed for clients must be tailor-made and exceed the expectations of the client. This can only be achieved if a coordinated team is formed together with the customer from the beginning of the project work, which develops professional solutions together with the customer. It is also crucial that not only solution concepts are developed, but that these are also implemented professionally with my customers. Only the implementation of solutions with the customer makes a consulting complete and is for me a decisive prerequisite to secure a long-term basis of trust with the customer. My goal in consulting is to create sustainable value for the client by using my longtime consulting experience, be it in strategic concepts as well as in the implementation of ideas and solutions.
